Boomerangst is an independent, eco-comedy, television series: combining the relationship comedy of FRIENDS with the beautiful location, backdrops, environmental threats, and Indigenous cultural perspectives of YELLOWSTONE.
This series is passionately driven by the very real, and polarizing, conflict from open pit mining encroaching on the residents of Kamloops, in British Columbia, Canada. Currently in development by Mastermind Studios, the screenplay for this series is written by Dr. George M. Johnson, Professor of creative writing at Thompson Rivers University.
